The gunners have had a very interesting 2017 with the 2016/17 ending with them in 5th position of EPL and aren’t performing well in this current season.
Arsenal have not been performing well this season and there are fears among the fans that their club might even miss out on the UEFA Champions League spots for next season which is very bad for top club like Arsenal.
The manager has named his 2018 targets, the things he will be hoping to mind about for this up coming year.
1. Spirit
The manager will be hoping that his squad shows some fighting spirit in the up coming matches because they would need to be in high spirits if wish to get any silverware medal for this season.
2. Enthusiasm
3.Not Conceding and scoring more.
The gunners have been conceding goals for fun this season and it is quite clear that this has been one of the main reason why Arsenal has not won many matches this season. The gunners have also not been scoring a lot hence making four draws already in this 2017/18 campaign so the manager will be hoping to see his team score more and avoid conceding cheaply.
( PICTURE: GETTY)Arsene Wenger recently put pen to paper to a new contract to extend his stay at the Emirates stadium for more 2 years but the fans are expected to begin their Wenger out campaigns soon due to his team’s misfortunes but they will be hoping to see a different Arsenal in 2018.
The gunners have been performing well in other competitions but the problem is that the team is dropping points in the English Premier League especially when playing away from home.
