Wenger Reveals The Difficulty He Is Facing In Saying Good-Byes
Arsene Wenger will quit his job as Arsenal manager at the end of this season and he will now need to say good-byes to all the people he has been meeting daily.
Arsene Wenger will be taking his leave from the Emirates Stadium in a few weeks from now after spending 22 years at the North London club but he finally called it quits this year. The manager will have a lot to think about because he will no longer be meeting people who he was meeting daily at work.
The manager had his last pre match conference today and he talked about a lot of issues including how he feels about him leaving the club, and he says that he will find it hard to say farewells to some people whom he employed 20 years ago.
“There are some people here who I employed 20 years ago, who have been with me every single day. It’s hard to say goodbye.” the manager is quoted by the Mirror.
It seems the manager made this decision to resign from his job when he had not yet prepared himself because the announcement came abruptly when no-one expected this because Arsene Wenger has always been a manager who says that he will never cut his contract short before it ends but it seems he had no choice this time.
Wenger has faced much criticism from the supporters in the past decade but they have tremendously showed great love for the French man after he has announced that he will be leaving at the end of this season clearly showing that they were disappointed that he wasn’t ready to resign even though things weren’t going well for him.
