Arsenal appointed Unai Emery as the new manager of the gunners last month after many weeks of speculations on who would have taken charge of the North London club.
The Spanish manager has taken charge of the gunners who have finished many years without winning the Premier League so everyone is eager to see him if Unai Emery will be the one to turn things around at the Emirates Stadium this up coming season. He has already made some changes at the club as he released some players as well as bringing in Stephan Lichtsteiner and Bernd Leno so far.
The Arsenal fans have been optimistic about their manager and are expecting alot from him since they have been under the management of one person for two decades, Unai Emery has made a promise to the Arsenal supporters as he says that he prefers to win an entertaining match full of goals.
“I prefer to win 5-4 than 1-0, Why? ” said Unai Emery at a fan’s event at the Emirates Stadium.
“Because I think football is a spectacular, the best form is when you score, if we score more it’s better. I only want to score in front and not concede.”
Unai Emery arrived at the Emirates Stadium after quitting his job at Paris Saint Germain where he decided to end his career after a humiliating display in the UEFA Champions League but won the domestic league with the French club.
Arsenal fans say that they have never been so eager for a season to begin as this year because they still cannot believe Arsene Wenger is now gone and that the decisions at the club are led by another person at the North London club.
