Three Reasons Why Bernd Leno Should Start Ahead Of Cech Against Chelsea
Petr Cech is expected to be in-goal on Saturday when the gunners face Chelsea but let’s take a look at three reasons why Unai Emery should instead start Bernd Leno.

Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech was in between the goal posts on Sunday when the gunners lost to Manchester City and the Czech Republican international has been criticized by most Arsenal fans who believe he shouldn’t have been in the starting eleven.
Arsenal supporters were expecting to see Bernd Leno in-goal against Manchester City because the goalkeeper was much sharper than the former Chelsea goalkeeper last season but that is not what Unai Emery had in mind, the gunners face Chelsea next so let’s take a look at three reasons why Arsenal’s new goalkeeper Bernd Leno should start against the blues.
1. Petr Cech is inconsistent
The veteran goalkeeper was among the reasons why Arsenal finished in the sixth position last season because the gunners were conceding goals at a high rate. Everyone expected that Bernd Leno was going to bench Cech since he has had a great season with Bayer Leverkusen last season.
Petr Cech did make some one on one saves in the match against City but it will be a disaster to start him against Chelsea who were also flying high in their first match of the season on Saturday so Unai Emery would be more comfortable with Bernd Leno in-goal in my opinion.
2. Bernd Leno needs Premier League experience
The Premier League is considered to be the toughest league in the world and Bernd Leno has never played in it until now so the gunners benching the German international will affect him in the future when he finally becomes a regular for Arsenal. So it will make sense if Unai Emery introduces Leno to Premier League this weekend when the gunners face Chelsea.

3. Unai Emery needs total squad rotation after loss against City
The gunners looked clueless on Sunday as Manchester City bossed the match through out the 90 minutes so Unai Emery will now need to change his squad and tactics ahead of the Chelsea match.
Petr Cech should be among those players that get benched on Saturday because it will be a perfect time to test Bernd Leno.
Unai Emery said on Sunday that Bernd is still new at Arsenal and that he should wait for his chance but you never know, the manager might get a change of heart and start Leno against Chelsea.
