Joachim Low Says That He Is Disappointed With Mesut Ozil
Germany national football team manager Joachim Low has said that he is disappointed with Mesut Ozil for not calling him.

Mesut Ozil quit the Germany national team this year after he was heavily criticized by some DFB officials after he agreed to take a picture with Turkey president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Germany was eliminated from the 2018 FIFA World Cup in the group stages and Mesut Ozil played in two of their three group stage matches but most German newspapers, journalists and even DFB officials used him as a scape goat after the country got eliminated from the competition at the early stages.
Mesut Ozil is a Turkish-German and he claimed that there is racism in the Germany national football team because he is always criticized and not seen as a full German international because of his Turkish roots. Germany manager Joachim Low has always avoided talking about the situation which saw Mesut Ozil retire from international football at an early age but he has however made a statement, criticizing him.
“I expected Ozil to call me, that he would call me personally and tell me.” Joachim Low told ZDF.
“So that’s why I’m disappointed. I’m disappointed with him on human terms. We’ve been together for many years.”
Arsenal fans are also disappointed that Mesut Ozil hasn’t fully focussed on club football after having big row with the Germany football federation, in the big lengthy post he wrote when he announced his retirement from international football, he said that he felt betrayed by a country which he has passionately played for a long time.
