Arsenal is currently in the nineth position now on the English Premier League table but the gunners have conceded many goals this season so far due to poor defending and most people claim that Unai Emery has made poor lineups especially in the defensive area.

The gunners have so far played four matches in this season’s campaign and they have only won twice but they have so far conceded eight goals which clearly shows that either the defence or the goalkeeper are under performing but Arsenal legend Tony Adams says that Unai Emery should give Rob Holding a chance in the starting eleven in their upcoming matches.

Unai Emery has used the combination of Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Shokdran Mustafi in Arsenal’s first four matches into the new season and it’s been quite clear that the two haven’t got used to playing with each other because, Sokratis is sometimes seen neglecting his role during some matches. Former Arsenal Star Tony Adams while speaking at Sky Sports’ The Debate programme, he speaks of his admiration for Rob Holding.

“I like Holding, he has got talent and potential. Stick him in and work with him.” said Tony Adams.

“He has brought some players over and we haven’t seen them, put them in.”

Rob Holding has been on the bench in Arsenal’s last four matches and will likely get a chance to feature for the North Londoners in the coming weeks against Brentford in the Carabao Cup as well as the Europa League matches so he will be hoping to use that chance to impress Unai Emery so that he could become a regular in the Premier League.

I am a very stubborn person who is always very argumentative in football discussions but I always win. I like writing about transfer news most.
