Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has entered into the final year of his current deal at the Emirates Stadium and there hasn’t been any concrete information from the club on the progress of the contract renewal talks.

Aaron Ramsey has been reluctant to sign a new deal to extend his stay at Arsenal because he reportedly wants a deal which is as good as the one given to Mesut Ozil yet the North Londoners aren’t ready to have another player who earns a lot of money.

The Daily Mail has today claimed that Aaron Ramsey’s new contract talks have stalled after the club refused to offer him a new deal since he rejected the previous one which they had given him, with him reportedly saying that he wants to be earning £300k a week wages. The report says that Aaron Ramsey will leave Arsenal at the end of this season. This will come as bad news for Arsenal supporters because the midfielder is considered to be among their best players but they however haven’t been happy with how he is keeping the club in the dark on whether he will sign or not.

It’s now about two months since Aaron Ramsey said that he had left everything to his agent and reassured the Arsenal fans that he wants to stay at the Emirates Stadium but he has been quiet on his future ever since then, the Welsh international is linked with a number of clubs like Manchester United and Juventus and they will now make their move for him since negotiations with the gunners have stalled.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has always shown how he has no say in new contract talks and has always said he just wants to focus on the team’s performance but admitted that he wants Aaron Ramsey to stay because he is very important to him.

I am a very stubborn person who is always very argumentative in football discussions but I always win. I like writing about transfer news most.
