Xhaka reveals the difference in Wenger and Emery’s tactics
Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has been coached by both Arsene Wenger and Unai Emery and he has revealed the difference in their tactics.

The gunners appointed Unai Emery as their new boss in May last year after having been with Arsene Wenger for two long decades with the Frenchman winning three Premier League trophies and seven FA Cups. Chelsea stopped Emery from winning a trophy in his first season.
Granit Xhaka has been at Arsenal since 2016 and has been coaches by both of the managers for atleast one year and he has given his honest assessment of the two bosses. The Swiss international claims that both Wenger and Emery are both absolute professionals but says that their current boss focusses more on improving them defensively.
“Both are absolute professionals and very meticulous in their work. A small difference may be that Arsene Wenger always looks for a playful solution, whereas Unai Emery acts out of a good defensive order.” Xhaka told Blick.
It is no secret that Xhaka would say that Arsene Wenger always looks for playful solutions because the French boss is a highly respected manager in England as he made the gunners to play free-flowing football for a long time even though they continued losing their top players one by one. It however seems like Arsenal’s system will now be changing as Emery has his own philosophy and Xhaka has described it.
Unai Emery almost had an impressive first season in England but Chelsea beating them in the Europa League final has changed everything and the fans blame him for their failure to get a top four finish.
