Report: Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil responds to offers from five different countries
Mesut Ozil has not featured for Arsenal in months and it’s now being reported that he has responded to offers from five different countries.

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has this season struggled a lot as he was dropped in the first months of the campaign due to his scuffle with his former boss Unai Emery. Fast forward to July this year, Ozil hasn’t played a single minute for Arsenal since the Premier League restarted and is on the transfer list.
Mesut Ozil still has one more year remaining on his current contract at Arsenal and the club has regretted the decision to renew his deal in 2018 as it that saw them offer him a deal that would see him get £350,000 a week wages. The gunners are determined to cut on their wage bill this summer but the main question is whether Mesut Ozil would accept to leave the Emirates Stadium when he still has a year on his current deal.
A report by Turkish outlet Fanatik has revealed that Mesut Ozil has received offers from five different countries namely; USA, Qatar, Japan, Italy and Turkey and they also confirm that the German international would likely lean more to moving to a team in, Turkey over all the other offers from the other countries.

The Turkish outlet says that Ozil would be happy to join Fenerbahce if they give him a great offer but they however confirm that the 31 year old will not be joining them at the moment as he will want to first finish the one year remaining on his contract at Arsenal. Arsenal will be disappointed if Mesut Ozil does decide to leave in 2021 as it’s believed that they want him off their wage bill since Mikel Arteta has in the last few weeks shown that he nolonger needs the German international in his squad.
Mesut Ozil has never opened up about his future after getting axed from the squad by Mikel Arteta but he did say in the past that he would not leave Arsenal until his contract ends in 2021 and as per this report, it looks like he will only consider the offers from these countries when he becomes available as a free agent.
