Arsenal will face Chelsea in the FA Cup final on Saturday and Mikel Arteta could use two youngsters in this game as they have impressed throughout the season.
Arsenal will this weekend face Chelsea in the Emirates FA Cup and everyone will be curious to see the type of lineup that Mikel Arteta will put out as he hasn’t had a consistent starting eleven. And so we today take a look at two youngsters that could make it to the starting eleven that plays in the final.
Arsenal has this season struggled but one of the main benefits that they have got from it is that they have discovered some young gems in their squad and so we take a look at two youngsters that could even be in the starting squad that plays against Chelsea this Saturday at the Wembley Stadium.
1. BUKAYO SAKA
Bukayo Saka has been so impressive for Arsenal this season as he has not only made more than 10 assists but has also shown to be a multipurpose youngster that can play in four positions namely; wingback, left back, left of a midfield three and as also a winger. Saka can be used in almost every system that Arteta will want to use on Saturday and so the 18 year old will definitely be in the starting eleven that faces Chelsea.
Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has recently used a 3-4-3 formation in games against the top sides and Tierney is used as a left centre back and Saka as the left wing back. So Saka will have a high chance of starting if this is the system used on Saturday against The Blues.
2. EDDIE NKETIAH
Arsenal recalled Eddie Nketiah from loan at Leeds United as Mikel Arteta believed that the young striker would be helpful to the gunners and he has indeed as he scored three goals, and was one of the players that fit the new system that the boss wants at the club.
Nketiah has started ahead of Lacazette this season many times due to the youngster being better than the Frenchman at pressing and this could be the thing that gets him a start in the FA Cup final against Chelsea as Arteta will fully know that Lampard’s men can easily make mistakes if they are continually pressed throughout the game.
