BREAKING: Arsenal make immense progress in Dani Ceballos pursuit after Arteta’s intervention
Arsenal have been trying to bring back Dani Ceballos and its now being reported that they might have been successful in doing so with the help of Arteta.
Dani Ceballos arrived at Arsenal on a loan deal from Real Madrid in the 2019 summer transfer window and he had an incredible end to the season as he helped the gunners win the Emirates FA Cup and left with the fans sad that they had lost him. Arsenal has been in talks with Real Madrid to bring Dani Ceballos back and it’s now being reported that he could be coming back to the Emirates Stadium.
Dani Ceballos had a slow start to life as an Arsenal player and a lot of this has been attributed to how Unai Emery was using him in a role that didn’t suit his playing style as he has flourished in the last few months under Mikel Arteta since the new Spanish boss plays him as a central midfielder instead of a central attacking midfielder.
Dani Ceballos returned to Real Madrid after Arsenal won the Emirates FA Cup and the fans have been urging the club to resign him and it now looks like he is coming back as reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Real Madrid have accepted to loan back the Spanish international and that he even turned out three clubs in order to come back to the Emirates Stadium due to the convincing from Mikel Arteta.
Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta will be definitely happy that Dani Ceballos will be returning to his squad after he convinced him and he has also not hidden any of his thoughts about the Spanish midfielder as he has since he arrived been saying that he would love to keep him. Early information doesn’t confirm whether the gunners will have an option to buy clause inserted in the deal but the fans will however be happy that he is returning as he is a fan favourite at the club even though he had just came on a loan deal.
