Report: Arsenal very confident of sealing Ben White transfer in the coming days
Arsenal are edging closer to securing Ben White according to reports.
Arsenal are increasingly confident of signing Brighton defender Ben White in the coming days according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 23-year-old highly rated defender is cable of playing at right-back and as a holding midfielder in addition to his primary position at center-back.
Brighton want a fee of £50m for the Englishman, Arsenal have offered £45m plus an additional £5m in add-ons as negotiations continue over the payment structure.
White is currently at the Euros with England and it is reported that he is open to a move to Arsenal with personal terms not an issue.
Once the deal is concluded Ben White would join the list of Arsenal’s most expensive signings in history.
