Mikel Arteta became Arsenal’s manager later on but he was however was also not a big fan of Lucas Torreira as he let him be loaned to Atletico Madrid last season.
Lucas Torreira has returned to Arsenal this summer after his loan in Spain and a report by Football.London has now confirmed that Mikel Arteta has told the Uruguayan international that he isn’t in his plans for next season, and so the player is currently in talks with Lazio and Roma who are interested in him.
