Predicted Arsenal lineup to face Chelsea as Arteta makes a formation change
Arsenal will host Chelsea tomorrow as they look to get their first win of the season, here is how they could lineup.
Arsenal will play their first Premier League game at the Emirates stadium this weekend against London rivals Chelsea.
The Gunners suffered a shocking 2-0 to Brentford last week and will be hoping to bounce back and get their season underway.
Mikel Arteta faces a dilemma on how to set up his side and win the three points and we anticipate the Spaniard manager will switch formations.
Arsenal struggled against Brentford especially defensively and this could prompt Arteta to switch to a back-three that would help cover some of the loopholes.
The Gunners have been successful with a back-three formation while playing against Chelsea, most recently a 1-0 victory at Stamford Bridge in May.
Here is how Arsenal could lineup against Chelsea;
Arsenal will lineup in a 3-4-3 formation comprising of a back 3 of Holding, Mari and Ben White. Bukayo Saka will start as a wing-back alongside Kieran Tierney. A front three of Smith-Rowe and Pepe playing behind Martinelli.
