Arsenal on Tuesday announced that Mohamed Elneny has signed a new contract and he has now sent a message to the fans of the North London club.

Arsenal have announced that Mohamed Elneny has signed a new contract that will extend his stay at the Emirates Stadium for one more year. The Egyptian international midfielder has been with the Gunners since 2016 and his new deal will keep him at the club until 2024.
Elneny has become an integral part of Arsenal’s midfield, providing energy and drive in the middle of the park. He has made over 155 appearances for the club, scoring six goals and providing tem assists. His performances may not have given him a place in Mikel Arteta’s starting XI this season but he is however valued by Mikel Arteta as he he is a good capable backup.
After signing his new contract, Elneny sent a message to Arsenal fans via Arsenal Media expressing his delight at extending his stay in North London:
“I’m so happy, I love this club and our supporters so much and I’ll give everything to help us be the best we can be, every day I’m here. It makes me so proud to have represented this amazing club since 2016. The spirit and togetherness we have in our squad right now is so positive and I’m so happy I have extended my contract.”
Elneny is now looking ahead to helping Arsenal achieve success over the next few years as they look to build on their current success. He is however injured at the moment and might not be able to feature again for the North Londoners this season.
