Arsenal fans remind Conte of his embarrassing comment on Arteta after his sacking
Tottenham Hotspur have today announced the departure of Antonio Conte and the Arsenal supporters have reminded him of his embarrassing statement on Mikel Arteta.

Tottenham Hotspur have announced the departure of Antonio Conte midway through the season, and Arsenal fans have taken the opportunity to mock him for his comments about their boss Mikel Arteta last season.
Conte had criticized Arteta in May 2022, saying that he complained a lot and needed to be more focused on his team. However, Arsenal are currently in a title race as they sit at the top of the Premier League table with 69 points after 28 games. They are closely followed by second-placed Manchester City, who have 61 points plus a game in hand.
In contrast, Tottenham Hotspur are struggling this season and are currently in fourth place on the table with 49 points. They could miss out on the UEFA Champions League spots if their form doesn’t improve.

Antonio Conte on Arteta in May 2022: “I listen & he complains a lot. He needs to be more focused on his team. He has to be calm & focus on his work. To listen to a coach complain a lot of the time is not good.”
Arsenal fans have been quick to remind Conte of his comments about Arteta, as they enjoy their team’s success this season. The Gunners have been playing some impressive football under Arteta’s guidance and have shown great resilience in tough matches.
Tottenham Hotspur will now be looking for a new manager to take them forward for the rest of the season. It remains to be seen who will take over from Conte, but there are already rumors circulating about potential candidates.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will be hoping to maintain their position at the top of the table and win their first Premier League title since 2004. They face tough competition from Manchester City and other top teams, but Arteta has instilled a winning mentality in his players that could see them through to glory.
As for Conte, he may need to reassess his approach to management and learn to work more collaboratively with club boards and players. His comments about Arteta may come back to haunt him, as the Arsenal boss continues to prove his critics wrong and lead his team to success.
