Arsenal goes into Premier League history books after win over Palace
Arsenal welcomed Crystal Palace to the Emirates Stadium on Sunday and the gunners won the match 4-1. It’s however also seen Arsenal go into Premier League history books.

Arsenal made history on Sunday as they secured their ninth London derby win of the season with a 4-1 victory over Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium. This incredible feat has never been achieved before in English Football League history, cementing Arsenal’s place in the Premier League history books.
The Gunners are currently leading the title race with 69 points after 28 games, closely followed by Manchester City with 61 points and a game in hand. With only ten games left to play, Arsenal are determined to maintain their lead and secure their first Premier League title since 2004.
Sunday’s match against Crystal Palace was a crucial one for Arsenal, and they did not disappoint. The first half saw goals from Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka, putting the Gunners two up at the break. Saka then went on to score his second goal of the game with a brilliant first-time strike in the 74th minute.

Jeffrey Schlupp managed to get one back for Crystal Palace in the 63rd minute, but it was too little too late for the visitors. Granit Xhaka added a third goal for Arsenal in the 55th minute, further cementing their dominance on the pitch.
Arsenal’s performance on Sunday was nothing short of exceptional. They controlled possession throughout the game and created numerous chances that kept Crystal Palace’s defense under constant pressure. The team’s attacking prowess was on full display as they scored four goals against a tough opponent.
