Smith Rowe reveals the real thing that has made Arsenal PL title contenders
Arsenal has been at the top of the Premier League table for all of this season and Emile Smith Rowe has revealed what has made them title contenders.
Arsenal attacking midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has revealed what he believes has been the key to their success in this year’s Premier League season. According to Smith Rowe, the arrival of Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko has changed the whole dynamic of the team.
Arsenal is currently sitting at the top of the Premier League table with 69 points after 28 games, closely followed by second-placed Manchester City, which has 61 points plus a game in hand. The Gunners have been in excellent form this season, winning 21 games, drawing six and losing just one.
Gabriel Jesus, who scored five goals and provided five assists in the Premier League before he got injured in December, has since returned to action in March. The Brazilian striker’s return has been a massive boost for Arsenal as they look to maintain their lead at the top of the table.
Oleksandr Zinchenko, who joined Arsenal from Manchester City last summer, has also been a vital addition to Mikel Arteta’s side. The Ukrainian left-back has scored one goal and made two assists this season and is considered one of the best technical players by Smith Rowe.
Speaking to reporters about Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus’ impact on Arsenal’s title challenge, Smith Rowe said: “Their mentality is unbelievable. Zinchenko is one of the best technical players I’ve seen; I can’t believe City let them go.”
Smith Rowe’s comments highlight how important it is for a team to have players with a winning mentality. Both Gabriel Jesus and Zinchenko have won multiple trophies with Manchester City over recent years and bring that experience and winning mentality to Arsenal.
Arsenal fans will be hoping that their team can maintain their form over the remaining ten games of the season and secure their first Premier League title since 2004. With players like Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko in their ranks, they certainly have a good chance of achieving that goal.
