Arsenal 3-1 Chelsea: How it happened
Arsenal went back to winning ways on Tuesday when they beat Chelsea 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium to return to the top of the Premier League table.

Arsenal went back to winning ways on Tuesday night when they defeated Chelsea 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium after having failed to win in their last four matches before this one. This win sees Arsenal stay on the top of the table and keeps their hopes of winning the Premier League title alive.
The Gunners started the game brightly and took the lead in the 18th minute through Martin Odegaard, who scored from a Granit Xhaka cross. The Norwegian midfielder doubled Arsenal’s lead in the 31st minute with a well-placed shot that beat Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa.
Gabriel Jesus then extended Arsenal’s lead in the 34th minute with his 10th goal of the season. The Brazilian striker was on hand to tap in a rebound.
At half-time, Arsenal were comfortably ahead by three goals to nil and looked like they were cruising towards victory. However, Chelsea came out fighting in the second half and managed to pull one back through Noni Madueke, who scored his first goal in the Premier League.
Despite Chelsea’s efforts to mount a comeback, Arsenal held on for a well-deserved victory that sees them maintain their position at the top of the table. The Gunners are now on 78 points after 34 games and are closely followed by second-placed Manchester City, who have 76 points but two games in hand.

This win will be a huge boost for Arsenal as they look to end their long wait for a Premier League title. The Gunners have not won the league since 2004 but have been showing signs of improvement under manager Mikel Arteta.
Arsenal will now turn their attention to their next game against Newcastle United, which is scheduled for Sunday. The Gunners will be hoping to build on this win and continue their push for the title.
Overall, it was an impressive performance from Arsenal, who showed their quality and resilience against a tough Chelsea side. The Gunners will be hoping to maintain this form for the rest of the season and finally end their long wait for a Premier League title.a
