Folarin Balogun’s demands to stay at Arsenal revealed
Arsenal young striker Folarin Balogun who was impressive while out on loan in France has been linked with an exit and his demands to stay have been revealed.
Folarin Balogun, the 21-year-old Arsenal striker, is keen to be the first choice next season. However, with Gabriel Jesus, Eddie Nketiah, and Leandro Trossard currently ahead of him in the pecking order, it is unlikely that he will get much game time at Arsenal. As a result, Arsenal is open to selling him, with RB Leipzig understood to be among the frontrunners for his signature as per Football.London.
Balogun was loaned to French Ligue one side Reims this season and was outstanding for them as he scored 21 league goals. He has now returned to Arsenal and is hoping to make an impact in the Premier League next season. However, with so much competition for places at Arsenal, it may be difficult for him to get regular game time.
With RB Leipzig reportedly interested in signing Balogun, it may be an opportunity for him to get more game time and develop his skills further. The German club has a reputation for developing young players and giving them opportunities at the highest level.
If Balogun does leave Arsenal this summer, it will be interesting to see how he develops at RB Leipzig or any other club that he may join. He has shown that he has talent and potential during his loan spell at Reims this season, and it will be exciting to see how he progresses in the future.
