Arsenal very close to renewing contract of their valued defender

Arsenal fans can breathe a sigh of relief as it seems that the club is very close to securing the long-term future of one of their star players, Ben White. According to football transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano, negotiations between Arsenal and White on a new contract are in progress and all parties are feeling confident about reaching an agreement.

White, who was originally signed as a centre back, has been successfully transitioned into a right back by manager Mikel Arteta. His performances in this new role have been impressive, helping Arsenal to a second-place finish in the Premier League last season and maintaining his spot in the starting eleven this season.
