“I would love to keep him. He knows that. The club is fully supportive of that. He’s a really important player with us on and off the field and he makes us better so I want him to stay,” Arteta revealed to Arsenal Media, underscoring the high regard in which he holds the Italian midfielder.

Jorginho’s experience, composure, and tactical intelligence have been invaluable to Arsenal’s midfield, providing stability and control during crucial moments. His ability to dictate the tempo of the game and distribute the ball effectively has added a new dimension to the Gunners’ style of play.

With Arsenal currently leading the Premier League table with 80 points, closely followed by Manchester City with 79 points and a game in hand, Jorginho’s contributions have been particularly important in high-pressure situations. His composure and leadership qualities have helped the team navigate challenging moments and maintain their focus on the title race.

Arteta’s public declaration of his desire to keep Jorginho at Arsenal demonstrates the midfielder’s growing influence within the squad and the recognition of his importance to the team’s success. His experience and winning mentality have proven to be valuable assets, and his continued presence would undoubtedly benefit Arsenal as they aim to build a squad capable of sustained success.
