11 days to the new Premier League and a funny fact on Arsenal’s Kai Havertz

With just 11 days until the Premier League season kicks off, the anticipation is building for Arsenal fans. The Gunners will be looking to challenge for the title once again, aiming to improve on their second-place finish last season.

Their campaign gets underway on Saturday, August 17th, with a home clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

As we count down to the big kick-off, it’s worth taking a closer look at one of Arsenal’s new signings, Kai Havertz. The German midfielder arrived from Chelsea this summer, bringing with him a wealth of experience and attacking prowess.

Havertz, who picked up 11 yellow cards in 2023/24, will be looking to avoid accumulating too many cautions in his new colors. Interestingly, only Sokratis with 12 has ever earned more in a single season for the Gunners.

While picking up yellow cards isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it does indicate a willingness to put in tackles and make aggressive challenges. For Arsenal fans, it’s a sign of Havertz’s commitment and determination to win the ball back for his team.

The new season is sure to bring plenty of challenges for Havertz, but with his talent and experience, he is well-equipped to handle the demands of the Premier League.

As we enter the final countdown to the start of the season, excitement is building at the Emirates. Arsenal fans will be hoping that Havertz can make a significant impact and help the team achieve their goals.
