Premier League legend makes honest prediction of Arsenal’s 2024/25 season

Impressed by the Gunners’ performance, Neville praised the team’s attacking prowess: “I watched the highlights of Arsenal vs Wolves… Saka looked fantastic. Havertz obviously getting his goal with a little header, that was a good one as well. It was a solid, solid day for Arsenal.”

Neville emphasized Arsenal’s current strength and stability under manager Mikel Arteta: “Arsenal are a very good team now and they’re at a point where they don’t need to make big changes in the squad, they just need little additions.”

He highlighted the team’s continuous progression: “They’re in a good place. I think Mikel Arteta has got a really good understanding, even though the trophies haven’t been coming the last few years, you can see real progression, a massive points tally last year and I think they’ll have a really good season.”

Neville’s positive outlook reflects the growing belief that Arsenal are a force to be reckoned with this season. Their impressive performance in the opening game, combined with their consistent progress under Arteta, has instilled confidence in their ability to challenge for major honors.

The arrival of new players like Havertz has further strengthened the squad, and with a blend of established talent and exciting newcomers, Arsenal are poised to make a significant impact in the Premier League this season.
