Nacho Monreal has been very impressive for the gunners this season but him being very good in English Premier League was not enough to help him get given a start in the Spanish national team. Gooners will not get that too disappointed that their plaster was not in action last night because adding another essential player to the injury list because there are some other top names like Mesut Ozil and Laurent Koscielny who are currently on the sidelines.
Nacho Monreal has been played in an un familiar position (centre back) and the Spaniard has showed that he got qualities of playing as a centre back in these recent weeks and was very impressive in the Arsenal match against West Brom Albion as there was scenes where he was the last man standing and cleared the ball away from the goal post.
Most Arsenal supporters thought that with the arrival of Sead Kolasinac that the Spaniard was gonna be spending most of the time on the bench but surprisingly, Arsene Wenger figured out a way to start the both left backs in the same match by starting one of them as a centre back. The pair have showed that try will try and make a strong partnership for the betterment of Arsenal.
