AUBAMEYANG

Arsenal signed Aubameyang in their January transfer window after many failed attempts to bring him to the Emirates Stadium in the past but they finally did it this year after the striker decided to join the North Londoners this season. He was introduced to the lineup right away but the most un fortunate thing was that he wasn’t eligible to play in the Europa League due to UEFA rules.

The Gabonian international has become Arsenal’s record signing since he surpassed the amount which the club paid for Alexandre Lacazette in the 2017 summer transfer window and there are always questions on whether he is worth that amount in the little time he has been at the Emirates Stadium.

HAS HE IMPRESSED FOR THE GUNNERS THIS SEASON?

That question simply has yes as its answer because the 26-year-old has scored ten goals and made four assists in the little period he has been at the North London club, he almost reached the number of goals Lacazette has this season which shows how he has adapted to the league quickly.

FEELING AT HOME WITH FELLOW PLAYERS?

Aubameyang has already become friends with most of the players but what has made the players so happy is that the good brotherhood he has shown with Alexandre Lacazette yet they play same position. Even though most players in teams don’t show in public their rivalry but they don’t usually act same way as the two Arsenal stars do.

GETTING ALONG WITH THE MANAGER?

It’s said that Aubameyang wasn’t getting along with the Borussia Dortmund manager or the club officials who used to usually criticise him for too much partying.

So overall, based on our analysis, Aubameyang has been a top signing and might be their second best signing since the acquisition of Mesut Ozil.
