Report: Arsenal Might Sell Shkodran Mustafi To Raise Transfer Funds
Arsenal has been busy in this transfer window as new manager Unai Emery tries to get new signings and it seems the club might be forced to sell Shkodran Mustafi to raise transfer funds.

Shkodran Mustafi arrived at the Emirates Stadium in the 2016 summer transfer window and he was liked by the Arsenal fans in the first season at the North London club but it’s however reported that Sven Mislitant is un impressed with the German international’s performance last season.
Arsenal new manager Unai Emery is on a tight budget and the club has been linked with a number of players so the club will be looking to sell some of their excess players to raise some transfer funds so it’s been reported by the Evening Standard that Shkodran Mustafi is in contention to be sold in this summer transfer window.
This comes as a surprise to many because Arsenal are looking for defenders so it would be surprising to see the club sell Mustafi to sign more defenders but the fans have also been disappointed with the performance of the German international last season because Arsenal conceded many goals in the 2017/18 campaign.
Reports say that Sven Mislitant is unsure whether Shkodran Mustafi will fit well into Unai Emery’s system so they could be tempted to sell the defender so that they can raise enough funds to sign players which the new manager believes would work out well for him.
Arsenal are about to complete about two signings, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Lucas Torreira with all the amount which the gunners will pay making a total of £42.4million which leaves the club with a small amount since Unai Emery reportedly has £70million to spend this summer.
