Arsenal appointed Unai Emery in May after the departure of Arsene Wenger who had spent two decades at the Emirates Stadium and Hector Bellerin has said revealed what new things which the new manager has introduced to the squad and the way how they train.

Hector Bellerin was with the Arsenal squad that went to Singapore for the International Champions Cup matches and the Spanish international revealed what has changed at the club in the few months which Unai Emery has been at the Emirates Stadium.

“Starting from the coaching, from the schedule, everything. Every coach has their own way of doing things and for us it’s changed alot.” Hector Bellerin told Arsenal Player.

“He (Unai Emery) is a coach that wants us to press, to run around a lot during the games so obviously if we want to be ready to do that in the league we have do it in training and that’s one of the things that has impacted most on the players.”

Hector Bellerin’s statement shows that the right back has seen a significant change in how the club was being run in the regime of Arsene Wenger and the fans will also be hoping that they see a better performance from the Arsenal squad next season because it will be their first season without Arsene Wenger.

It is reported that Unai Emery has made players do double training sessions as well as having them work on their tactical side of the game and Hector Bellerin seems to have also liked the new changes which the new manager is working because he also added that there are nowadays working harder.

Arsene Wenger was the manager of Arsenal for over twenty years but the former gunners boss has never made a comment on Unai Emery since the Spanish  took charge of the club but he however did say Mikel Arteta could make a perfect manager when the Arsenal board was still looking for a new boss.
