Unai Emery Introduces New Rule At Training Ground
Arsenal manager Unai Emery has banned players from drinking fruit juice at the training grounds according to reports.

Unai Emery arrived at the Emirates Stadium in May but one of the things which the Arsenal fans have liked about the new boss is that he is very strict with his players especially in training.
It is being reported today that Unai Emery has banned the drinking of Fruit juice on the training grounds as he hopes to cut on the intake of high sugared drinks, the Daily Mirror claims that the Arsenal boss has told the staff working at the canteen to replace fruit juice with water.
The gunners have often been called soft by some football pundits and Arsenal legends and it seems that Unai Emery is working hard to battle that mentality as he has made players do double sessions in training, as well as having one-on-one talks with some players while they are at the training grounds.
The first thing Unai Emery did when he had just been appointed as the new Arsenal manager Is, he banned the use of mobile phones during lunch breaks because he wanted the players to take that time to interact with fellow teammates and this was applauded by the fans because they believe he is trying to build togetherness at the club.
