Arsenal signed Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon in the 2017 summer transfer window and the French star first found life hard in his first season at the North London club but he has been impressive this season.

Alexandre Lacazette has played in the French Ligue one for many years and he has also now participated in the Premier League for some time, the striker says that he has spotted the difference between the two leagues. He says that the people in stadiums in the Premier League matches are more of spectators than supporters.

“I miss Ligue 1’s atmosphere, in England, the fans are more spectators than supporters. There’s a better atmosphere in French stadiums.” Lacazette told Le Progres.

Alexandre Lacazette was first not favoured by Arsenal’s new boss Unai Emery when this season begun but the striker has fought his way into the starting eleven of the gunners. He has been better this season than he was last season because he faces strong competition from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who arrived in January.

Alexandre Lacazette will be hoping to have an impressive performance this season because him not getting a call up from France this month showed how he will need to work harder to gain the trust of France manager Didier Deschamps.
