Arsene Wenger Keeps His Promise To Arsenal Fans

Arsene Wenger left Arsenal this year and he is currently without a club but the Frenchman has in the last few months been receiving offers from different clubs, he still hasn’t made up his mind on where to go after his departure from the Emirates Stadium. Wenger helped the gunners win three Premier League trophies and seven FA Cups in his 20+ year stay at the North London club.
There has been a lot of speculations on the future of Arsene Wenger in the last few weeks because the Frenchman has said that he hasn’t retired from football. In a recent exclusive interview with BBC, Arsene Wenger said that he now feels that he is also an Arsenal fan and vowed to never coach another Premier League club.
Fulham is currently in the 20th position on the Premier League table and they sacked Slavisa Jokanovic on Wednesday because the club was under performing. The Mirror claims that Fulham wanted to appoint Arsene Wenger as their new manager since he has vast experience but the Frenchman immediately rejected the offer because he promised Arsenal fans not to coach any club in the Premier League since he is also a gooner now.
Fulham then appointed Claudio Ranieri as their new manager even though he was their second choice. Arsene Wenger is yet to reveal what his next club will be but he did hint that he will start working at his new job in January 2019.
