Arsenal is back to winning ways after getting a 2-1 win over Bournemouth who put on a good performance but failed to get any point from the game. Unai Emery will be grateful to Aubameyang who scored Arsenal’s second goal in the second half and as well as Lemar who scored an own goal which gave the gunners the lead.

THE BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE GAME

Unai Emery started with a 3-4-3 formation and it really worked out in terms of using the wingers because they were very fierce on the flanks. Bournemouth however were also dangerous in their attacks and even took the lead but their goal was disallowed because of being offside.

Even though the gunners were poor in the first minutes of the game, they finally got their first goal of the day after a great quick move saw Sead Kolasinac send in a good cross into the box and Lemar put it into his own net. The gunners didn’t hold onto their lead for a long as Bournemouth started a counter attack after a failed Arsenal attack, King sent in a strong shot which Leno failed to stop.

The gunners had most of the possession in the second half and it took them 20 minutes to finally get their second goal, Kolasinac was again in the cooking for the goal as he sent in a great cross which Aubameyang tapped in to give the gunners the lead. Bournemouth tried to equalise in the last minutes of the game but the gunners still held onto their lead so Unai Emery has now went back to London with a smile on his face. The gunners are now on the fifth position on the Premier League table.
