The January transfer window is around the corner and the gunners will be looking to sign some new players since they are in an injury crisis. Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele was linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium in the summer but the gunners didn’t get him.
Ousmane Dembele has had limited chances at Barcelona because the Spanish giants already have an outstanding squad and it’s now reported by the Mirror that Unai Emery through his chief of recruitment Sven Mislitant are still hopeful of getting the French attacker in the January transfer window.
Arsenal night not be able to afford Ousmane Dembele but it’s believed that the gunners would like to have him on loan for the remaining part of the season. Liverpool were also reported to be in the race for Ousmane Dembele a few weeks ago but its been later clarified that the Reds have no intention of making a move for the Barcelona star.
Ousmane Dembele would be a very important addition to Unai Emery’s attack line because imagine the Arsenal team having; Ozil, Dembele, Aubameyang and Lacazette. That attack line would be one of the best in the Premier League because those four are great attacking players.
Ousmane Dembele has a close relationship with Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislitant and it’s believed that the gunners will use that relationship to convince the Frenchman into coming to the Emirates Stadium in January.
