Unai Emery Speaks On Arsenal’s Match Against Sporting Lisbon
Arsenal will tomorrow welcome Sporting Lisbon at the Emirates Stadium and this will be their fourth UEFA Europa League match.

Arsenal will tomorrow face Sporting Lisbon at the Emirates Stadium and this game will be important for the gunners because a win for the North Londoners will see them confirm their qualification to the UEFA Europa League round of 32. Arsenal is currently first with nine points in its Europa League group and Unai Emery is definitely happy with the performance of his team.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery has in his previous interviews said that he believes that all competitions are important so this has given the fans hope that he will push on to win it this season because the gunners got eliminated by Atletico Madrid in the semi finals last season, and the fans are still hurt that they failed to win it. The gunners are currently half way to the Europa League finals because they will definitely qualify to the next round of the European competition.
Arsenal head coach Unai Emery faced the media today and was asked on what he had to say about their upcoming match against Sporting Lisbon;
“We want to find our focus in two ways – one is in this competition, which is very important for us. It’s one way [to win] a title and get into the Champions League next year.”
“The second focus is on our work, to continue to improve and to continue with the players, taking responsibility and confidence.” Unai Emery told Arsenal.com.
“Above all, I want to continue at the Emirates [together] with our supporters with the same spirit as in the same matches as against Blackpool, Leicester, Liverpool. Tomorrow is a very good test for us for those two things I have spoken about.”
Even though winning the UEFA Europa League earns you automatic qualification to the UEFA Champions League but the Arsenal fans just want to win it as an honour of winning this European competition because they are confident that Unai Emery will manage to finish in the Premier League top four.
