Mesut Ozil has been at the Emirates Stadium for five years now and he gave Arsenal fans a scare last season when he let his contract run out until the gunners made him their highest paid player by offering him a deal which sees him get £350,000-a-week wages. The gunners are however under a new management after Arsene Wenger’s departure and it seems Unai Emery hasn’t been impressed with the performance of the German international.

There were reports yesterday which claimed that the gunners were ready to let go of Mesut Ozil for just £25million and a new report by the Metro confirms this as it says that Mesut Ozil’s agent is ready to fly to Italy to start negotiations with Inter Milan who are interested in the German international. These reports come at a time when the gunners have been without Mesut Ozil in their last three matches against Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Huddersfield Town because he has back spasms but some fans don’t want to believe that.

The report claims that Unai Emery wants to remove Mesut Ozil from the club’s wage budget so that he can sign a new striker in the January transfer window since Danny Welbeck is currently injured and may never play for Arsenal again because he is in the final year of his current contract at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal’s new boss Unai Emery has already shown that he is a ruthless coach who doesn’t care about a player’s reputation but only cares about the current performances of the player on the pitch. Arsenal boss Unai Emery will probably be asked in his next press conference to comment on these transfer rumours that are currently going on about the German international.

Mesut Ozil has in the past always spoke of the love he has for Arsenal but we will have to wait to see if he keeps his commitment to the club even with the new management.

I just love writing and football so much ever since the 2000's when football got popular in our country. I am a self esteemed person who believes is am always right.
