Even though the gunners have won this match but it has come at consequences which will definitely affect them in their next match against Southampton.

SOKRATIS PAPASTATHOPOULOS TO MISS SOUTHAMPTON MATCH

Sokratis Papastathopoulos is a fierce Arsenal defender that is known to be very serious on the pitch but he plays a rough game. He was booked on Saturday after fouling a Huddersfield Town player but it wasn’t just a yellow card because he will miss the match against Southampton because he has now received five domestic, yellow cards. This is a huge blow for the gunners because he was in Unai Emery’s first eleven.

SHKODRAN MUSTAFI LIMPS OFF THE PITCH IN HUDDERSFIELD MATCH

The German defender has been the heart of Arsenal’s defence and he has been outstanding even though he is at times guilty of the goals which the gunners concede. Shkodran Mustafi was selected in the starting eleven that faced Huddersfield Town but he was however replaced by Nacho Monreal in the second half of the game after he got injured. Even if Mustafi hadn’t got injured, he would have still missed the Southampton match because he also received his fifth domestic yellow card.

I just love writing and football so much ever since the 2000's when football got popular in our country. I am a self esteemed person who believes is am always right.
