Unai Emery reveals whether Mesut Ozil will start against Spurs
Arsenal will tomorrow welcome Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium and Mesut Ozil will be hoping to be in the first eleven.

Arsenal will tomorrow face Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium and the gunners will be hoping to win this game if they want to keep their Premier League top four hopes alive, they need the win so that they can go ahead of Spurs on the table. It’s been weeks since Mesut Ozil last played a match because, first he never went to his country in the international break, got benched in their match against Bournemouth and rested when they made a trip to Ukraine.
Arsenal fans want to see him in tomorrow’s derby because he has played in many of them and they believe that all their star players should be in the starting eleven that takes on Tottenham Hotspur this weekend. Some football analysts believe that Unai Emery benching him in their match against Bournemouth was not because he had flopped but to keep him for their matches against Spurs and Manchester United.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery has finally spoken about this matter and he says that he doesn’t know whether the German international will be included in the starting eleven that takes on Spurs.
“I don’t know because tomorrow is the last training, but every player is very important with their qualities.” Unai Emery told Arsenal.com yesterday.
“We need to continue preparing and continue improving in our work and as a team with bigger performances and individual quality. I will prepare for the match with every player.”
Mesut Ozil will be hoping to make an appearance for the gunners on Sunday so that he could prove to Unai Emery that he deserves to be in his first eleven even though many football pundits say that he is always lazy in big matches.
