Unai Emery reveals why Arsenal are favourites to beat Man Utd
Manchester United will tomorrow make a visit to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal.
Arsenal will host Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium on Friday and gunners new boss Unai Emery has spoken of how home support gives them confidence in matches. The gunners did not disappoint the home fans on Saturday when they faced Chelsea and they were able to score two goals past the visitors hence collecting all the three points.
Manchester United has been outstanding in the last few weeks because they have won seven matches in a row since they appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjær as Jose Mourinho’s successor. The Red Devils are high in confidence but the gunners will also not be scared of them because they literally just defeated Chelsea last weekend.
Arsenal has only lost twice at the Emirates Stadium this season; Manchester City ( Premier League) & Tottenham Hotspur ( Carabao Cup). Arsenal head coach Unai Emery has said that the gunners are happy that the game will be played at the Emirates Stadium because they feel very well when playing in front of their home supporters.
“We are looking forward to playing this match on Friday because it’s at our stadium, the Emirates, in front of our supporters.” Unai Emery told Arsenal Player.
“We feel very well in front of them and we want to create a new atmosphere over 90 minutes on Friday, together with our supporters.”
Arsenal was about to get a win at the Old Trafford in November but their poor defence failed to stop the Red Devils from equalising twice, the gunners will however be hoping to come out of this game with a win and no injuries because their last meeting with them so the North Londoners lose Rob Holding who was having a great performance.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery will be hoping that the fans are behind them throughout the 90 minutes because they will need them to get a win against a Manchester United side that is currently on form.
