Unai Emery reveals why his confident that Arsenal will beat Bate Borisov
Arsenal head coach Unai Emery says that he is confident that they will progress to the next round of the UEFA Europa League.
The gunners will on Thursday face Bate Borisov and Arsenal’s head coach Unai Emery will be hoping to see his team score many goals because the visitors are currently leading by one goal to nil on aggregate. Arsenal head coach Unai Emery is now under pressure because he’s on a task to take them back into the UEFA Champions League and winning the UEFA Europa League is another way of qualifying.
Arsenal will come into this match with an intent of getting an early goal because they last week made a mistake of not taking their chances and Bate Borisov took advantage of that, and scored at the end of the first half but Unai Emery will surely address this to his squad before the match.
Bate Borisov’s win against Arsenal in Belarus was historical for them because they had spent 2 months without playing any competitive match but they were able to pull off an incredible performance vs one of the favourites to win the UEFA Europa League this season. Arsenal’s head coach Unai Emery says that he knows that last week’s loss has given Bate Borisov the confidence of progressing to the next round of the competition. He however says that to get the win today, they will need to play together and will be hoping that their supporters give them immerse support because it’s important to players.
“They have big motivation after that result, and we must do the best performance and I ask our supporters because I think they can help us achieve a good performance to come back into the game.” Unai Emery told Arsenal Player.
“My confidence is if we play like we can and play together for 90 minutes, like we are doing at home, I have the confidence and trust in our players.”
