Arsenal legend reveals what Unai Emery has changed at Arsenal’s training ground
Unai Emery joined Arsenal ten months ago but his presence at the club has been felt because he has changed some things.

Unai Emery took charge of Arsenal last year and he has come with his own ideas that he believes that will definitely improve the players of the club. Arsenal was under the management of Arsene Wenger for 22 years so it’s obvious that the players were following the same pattern for a while since there wasn’t a change of a manager in two decades.
Arsenal’s head coach Unai Emery started by banning the drinking of fruit juice at the London Conley because it has a lot of calories, he then later also stopped players from using their mobile phones during lunch breaks because he believes that they need to use this time in interacting with each other according to reports.
Arsenal legend Lee Dixon has confirmed that many things have changed at the training ground according to his insider at the club.
“The training intensity and the accountability in training with what is expected of them has gone up.” Lee Dixon told The SunThe Sun.
The Arsenal legend also said that his insider has said that Unai Emery has totally changed the training drills and he believes that this is a smart move from the coach. Unai Emery’s philosophy requires players to do a lot of pressing and him toughening up the training drills doesn’t come as a big surprise because he has already said that he wants all players including Mesut Ozil to work hard in the training sessions to show that they deserve a start.
Stats also confirm that Arsenal players are this season running more on the pitch because they now cover the distance of 115.1 km per match.
