Pictorial: Mustafi, Aubameyang & Lacazette in training as gunners prepare for Leicester
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Shkodran Mustafi and Alexandre Lacazette were all in training on Saturday as the Arsenal players prepared for their game against Leicester City.
The Arsenal players have been training for the last two days to get in shape for their match against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. The Arsenal players including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Shkodran Mustafi and Alexandre Lacazette were today present at the London Colney for their final training session before they traveled to Leicester.
Arsenal fans will be hoping to see a reaction from their players this Sunday because they will come into this game well knowing how nothing but a win over Leicester City will be needed in order for them to stand a chance of getting a Premier League top four finish.
Unai Emery welcomed Aubameyang back into the Arsenal squad after he missed their previous match against Wolverhampton and the boss will be hoping that he puts on a great performance vs Leicester City who will probably be very strong at home. Below is a gallery of pictures taken on Saturday as the gunners trained ahead of the Leicester City game.
Dinos Mavropanos was in the squad that trained but it’s unclear whether he was in the Arsenal squad that has traveled to Leicester but it’s unlikely that he is there since Koscielny, Sokratis and Mustafi are all fit to play. Shkodran Mustafi could however be in the starting eleven that faces Leicester since Koscielny will need a rest since he has played many matches in a short period of time.
It’s also worth noting that Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiah have trained with the first team, and this could mean that they might atleast be on the bench in Sunday’s match. The Arsenal players are lively in training as you can see players like Lacazette smiling are smiling, and the fans will be hoping that the players do get a good result this weekend.
