It’s been a year now since Arsene Wenger left Arsenal and he is however still without a new club. He is however now linked with a move to Lyon.

Arsene Wenger has not coached any club since he left Arsenal in May last year but he has many times said that his coaching career isn’t over and that he would seek get back on the touch-line. Well it seems like we won’t wait for a long time as the former Arsenal boss could start coaching in the French Ligue one next season.
A report by L’Equipe claims that Arsene Wenger has had initial talks with Lyon over the possibility of becoming their next manager, starting with the 2019/20 season in August this year. Arsene Wenger is one of the most successful managers in the whole world and the football community respects him so much since he is a very knowledgeable man despite having made some bad decisions in the last decade as the manager of Arsenal.
The report claims that Lyon will give much power at the club as he did at the Emirates Stadium whereby he will be responsible to inspect and take care of most of the club’s sporting activities. It is also claimed that Juninho will be appointed as the assistant of Arsene Wenger since he has a connection to the French club.
Arsene Wenger is still loved by some Arsenal fans and they will surely be happy if he starts coaching again and they will be hoping that he keeps his promise of not managing an English club again.
