Report: The truth about Emery wanting to sell Bellerin rumours
Rumours that Unai Emery wants to sell Hector Bellerin broke out yesterday but here’s why they started and why it’s false.
The summer transfer window has opened and Arsenal is one of the clubs that is usually linked with many players. There has been an uproar in the Arsenal fanbase after a French tabloid Get French Football News claimed that Unai Emery doesn’t like Hector Bellerin which could as well mean that the Arsenal boss would be open to selling the Spanish right back.
Emery not actually Bellerin's biggest fan if the whispers are to be believed. Seems to have inferred from the last 12 months that he needs more dressing room allies. Meunier fits that mould – Emery the only manager at highest club level to show faith in him.

Hector Bellerin is one of the most liked Arsenal players and the reason why Emery not liking Hector Bellerin rumours have been believed is because the North Londoners are currently linked with Paris Saint Germain right back Thomas Meunier. There are reports which claim that the gunners might sell some of their assets to rebuild their squad but Hector Bellerin definitely won’t be the one to be sold because Unai Emery fully knows how the Spanish international is important to the squad.
There’s absolutely no evidence to show that Hector Bellerin is not liked by Unai Emery because he was not benched last season when he was fit and Bellerin said himself that he feels that he has improved under Unai Emery in this 2018/19 campaign. Arsenal making a move for Thomas Meunier is important because Hector Bellerin might not be fully fit by September since he tore his ACL and the gunners can’t continue playing Ainsley Maitland-Niles since he is not a right back. Stephan Lichtsteiner and Carl Jenkinson will leave Arsenal this summer.
And besides, Get French Football News has always been negative towards Unai Emery and their ‘whispers claim’ about the Arsenal boss not liking Hector Bellerin could have been said to trigger the Arsenal fans who are currently sensitive after they lost a European final.
