The Emirates FA Cup announces the date for Arsenal’s game against Sheffield United
Arsenal are still in The Emirates FA Cup and it has been confirmed that it will also resume, and the date for Sheffield United’s game against the gunners has been released.

Arsenal have been knockout from all the cup competitions apart from the Emirates FA Cup and they have been pretty consistent in it as they have beaten Leeds United, Bournemouth and Portsmouth. The Premier League’s return date was announced yesterday and the FA Cup dates for the quarter finals have also been communicated to the public.
Mikel Arteta was appointed as the head coach of Arsenal in December and so he has been at the helm of all the FA Cup matches that the North Londoners have so far played this season. The FA Cup quarter finals draw was done some months back and Arsenal got drawn with Sheffield United away from home.
The Emirates FA Cup has today via its official website confirmed that the FA Cup quarter finals will be held on Saturday 27th June and Sunday 28th June and so Arsenal’s game against Sheffield United will be on either of those days. It’s worth remembering that the only clubs left in the FA Cup are; Arsenal, Sheffield United, Leicester City, Chelsea, Newcastle United, Manchester City, Norwich City, Manchester United.
Arsenal will be hoping to keep their title as the FA Cup kings by trying to win it for the 14th time and it would also be very pleasing for Mikel Arteta to win his first title as a manager without having started the campaign as the boss of the North Londoners. The FA Cup could also help Arsenal to get European football since the winner gets a UEFA Europa League spot and the gunners could fail to get into any European spot this season through the league.
