Report: New information from Partey’s home country reveals his next club
Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey and news from his country reveal his next club.
Arsenal have been linked with many players in the last few months but most transfer reports have claimed that the gunners are interested and ready to make a move for Thomas Partey hence most believing that this story could be true. Arsenal fans have got excited about possibly having Partey in their team and there have been new information about his next club from his home country.
Thomas Partey has been at Atletico Madrid for seven years now and he has in the last three years been a regular starter in their squad and his performance this season has seen many start calling him world-class and many other top European clubs have started being linked with the Ghananian international. The gunners have however been the most linked club with a move for Partey because Mikel Arteta has apparently made him his main summer transfer target.
New information coming from Partey’s home country, Ghana claims that the Atletico Madrid midfielder will be coming to Arsenal in the summer transfer window since it is his preferred destination. Ghanaian sports journalist Ekow Amoasi claims that a close source to Partey has told him that the 26 year old wants to play in England and for specifically Arsenal.
“As per a close source to Thomas Partey, the player wants to play for Arsenal. Expect Partey to play in Arsenal next season, expect him to be in England, I can assure you of that.” Ekow Amoasi said on a transfer show.
“Partey wants to play for Arsenal, he wants to be in England. Last week, I’ve been told that Essien has got in touch with him and I wouldn’t be surprised because close sources tell me that Partey wants to play in England and especially Arsenal.”
Thomas Partey has €50million release clause and so Arsenal will have to find a way to pay it because Atletico Madrid have always made sure that their players only left if their release clauses have got activated.
