Fulham 0-3 Arsenal: Match Report
The Premier League has kicked off today and Arsenal have started the campaign with a three nil win over Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Arsenal have kicked off the Premier League in spectacular style by beating Fulham 3-0 thanks to goals from Alexandre Lacazette, Gabriel Magalhaes and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. This has been an eventful day for Arteta’s men as they showed their superiority over Fulham today by winning with three goals and not letting the home side get any good chances to score.
Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta decided to go with the same 3-4-3 system that he has used in their previous games and the only change was Gabriel coming in for David Luiz who is injured and Willian starting over Nicolas Pepe. The gunners started off a bit rusty as Fulham seemed to be the most settled in the game but the gunners later grew into the game and started trying to break down the defence of the The Cottagers.
Arsenal got their first goal of the day after Aubameyang sent a good ball into the penalty box and the Fulham goalkeeper failed to keep it in his hands hence the ball landing on the feet of new signing Willian but the Brazilian international failed to put the ball into the back of the net and then Lacazette got to the ball, and scored to give the North Londoners their first goal of the season. This goal gave Arsenal more confidence and started launching more attacks but they also kept being threatened by Fulham but were alert at the back as the home side failed to get any clear cut chances.

The first half ended 0-1 in favour of Arsenal and the gunners kept up their momentum in the second half as they looked for a goal that would give them a breather. It didn’t take a long for Arsenal to get their second of the day as a corner by Willian was converted in by fellow new signing and Brazil national football team teammate Gabriel Magalhaes.
The match became more comfortable for the gunners after the second goal went in as Fulham had also lost morale of looking for a goal and a fantastic team move saw Willian send a fantastic ball to Aubameyang on the opposite flank and the Gabon international scored to make it 3-0 to Arsenal. The match ended 3 nil in favour of Arsenal and Mikel Arteta will be happy with that as his team not only got the three points but also kept a clean sheet.
