Aubameyang sends messages to Arsenal supporters ahead of the Villarreal game
Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has taken to social media to send some messages to the supporters ahead of their game against Villarreal.
Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been on the sidelines for weeks as he got malaria and got admitted and the fans have been obviously missing him since he is not only the captain of the team but he is also one of their top scorers. The gunners will face Villarreal in a few days from now and it’s not known yet if Aubameyang will be in the squad.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has had a poor campaign this season by his standards but the Arsenal supporters are eagerly waiting for him since he is a goal threat and they now have no other senior striker after the injury of Alexandre Lacazette.
Aubameyang has taken to social media to send some messages to Arsenal supporters ahead of their upcoming game against Villarreal and in his posts, he shows how he is very eager to return to the pitch and wear the shirt of the North London club.
In this post on Instagram, Aubameyang says;
“I feel you!!! im hungry like you tho. can’t wait to be back on the pitch”
Aubameyang also later posted a picture on Instagram indicating how he had started doing some work in the gym.
It has still not been confirmed by Arsenal or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on if he will be in Mikel Arteta’s squad that will travel to Spain to face Villarreal in the UEFA Europa League semi finals and the gunners will indeed hope to have there as their chances of winning will increase if he is available.
