Arsenal board’s stance on whether to sack Mikel Arteta is revealed
Arsenal have been poor in the Premier League this season and the club’s board stance on sacking Mikel Arteta has been revealed.

Arsenal appointed Mikel Arteta as their manager way back in 2019 and he has had a rollercoaster of two seasons as the gunners have had many busts of good and poor form. Mikel Arteta won a trophy in his first season as a manager and the fans were hoping to see him make them better this season but things haven’t been good for him in this campaign.
Arsenal are currently in the 9th position on the Premier League table and their only hope of not considering this a failure of a season is the UEFA Europa League and it also isn’t good at the moment for Mikel Arteta’s men as the first leg against Villarreal ended in a 2-1 defeat to the gunners hence increasing pressure on the boss of the North Londoners as some have already started calling for his sacking.
Arsenal’s target of this season was to get back into the UEFA Champions League and their only hope is winning the UEFA Europa League as its not possible to do it in the league anymore hence fans wanting to know the club’s stance on whether to sack Mikel Arteta. Eurosport has however revealed that Arsenal has no intention of sacking Mikel Arteta this season and that he will be given the chance to lead the gunners throughout the upcoming new campaign.
It won’t come as a surprise to many in the footballing world that Arsenal will look to keep Mikel Arteta as many insider sources have talked about how the gunners seem to have built their project around him as evidenced with him being promoted from head coach to manager.
