Arsenal have the chance of kickstarting their season on Saturday afternoon when they host Norwich City. An international break, new month and key players returning could give Arsenal a fresh start after difficult month of August.
After three Premier League defeats in a row and no goal scored, the Gunners look to bounce back against the Canaries who have also lost all three of their league games.
Arsenal have been boosted by the return of key players. Thomas Partey, Ben White, Nicolas Pepe and Gabriel have all recovered from their respective injuries and illnesses.
Emile Smith Rowe [illness] and Albert Sambi Lokonga [discomfort] are also fit while Granit Xhaka [suspension] and Mohamed Elneny [Hamstring] are ruled out.
New signing Takehiro Tomiyasu could make his debut after his work permit got approved.
Predicted starting lineup
Leno; Maitland-Niles, White, Gabriel, Tierney; Partey, Sambi; Saka, Odegaard, Pepe; Aubameyang
Arsenal have only once lost each of their first four league games, it happened in 1923/24 season. Arsenal have never failed to score in any of their first four league games in history.
Arsenal have scored at least three goals in six of their last seven home league games against Norwich, winning 4-0 in July 2020 in their last such meeting.
The Gunners have lost just two of their 18 Premier League meetings with Norwich (W9 D7), and are unbeaten in seven against the Canaries since a 1-0 loss in October 2012
