Martin Odegaard excites Arsenal fans by urging top player to come to Emirates
Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard has in a recent interview talked about a certain top player that he would love at the Emirates hence exciting the fans.
Arsenal signed Martin Odegaard on a permanent deal in the summer transfer window and he has over this season become a fan favourite at the club as he has been one of their best players in this 2021/22 campaign. Martin Odegaard recently had an interview and he has said that he would love for Erling Haaland to join Arsenal if he comes to England.
Erling Haaland is considered to be one of the best strikers in the world at the moment and he has suitors from around the globe as it’s believed that he is likely to leave Borussia Dortmund in the upcoming summer transfer window, and Arsenal as a club as well wouldn’t mind him joining him since they will have no strikers at the end of this season since the contracts of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah will have expired.
Martin Odegaard is a friend to Erling Haaland as well as being his captain at the national level and he was recently asked about the Borussia Dortmund star and he joked that he would love if he came to the Emirates Stadium.
“He’s a funny guy, a good guy and he’s a good friend of mine a great players as well of course so we will see what he will do I don’t know. If he comes to England he needs to come to us of course but I don’t know what he will do but he is a great guy.” Odegaard told Stadium Astro.
“To be honest we haven’t talked too much about it, I know he has so many people trying to ask him and to tell him what to do and I don’t want to do that. He’s a beast he’s strong, he’s fast, I think he has everything I think he can play in every league in every country to be honest.”
